Me and the President of the PhilippinesI never imagined that one day an ordinary student like me will have the chance to meet the most powerful woman in the country...
Well in my part it was just a matter of "chance"...something unexpected yet I felt overwhelmed..
I was speechless for a little while because I really didn't expect that she will come up to me and talk to me. Anyway, as my friend Sarah was browsing the internet...well she end up seeing this article from (PIA) or Philippine Information Agency...

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo talks to Zenica Joy Limpangog, a student of the Marigondon National High School in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu after she led the activation of the Gearing-up Internet Literacy and Access for Students (GILAS) project in Lapu-Lapu City Friday (April 29). The project costing P85 million includes 470 computer units, computer tables and chairs, generator sets for four island schools, and four air-conditioning units. It aims to make the teachers, students and community functionally computer literate, to access the World Wide Web through the Internet Connectivity, and to be gainfully employed after high school graduation for those who could not proceed to the next level of education. Also in photo are (from right) Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Arturo Radaza and Rep. Nerissa Soon-Ruiz. (Benjamin Basug-OPS-NIB Photo)
